The golf swing has evolved over the years. There are different theories and methodologies available to the general golfer. Technologies such as high-speed video and sensors that measure each critical part of the swing have become common tools in golf instruction.
Depending upon your ability, some of the new teaching techniques can serve to help or confuse you: A simpler path to a sound golf swing is adhering to the fundamentals that have lasted over the years - the ones most instructors won't dispute.
