The University of Central Oklahoma issued the following news release:
University of Central Oklahoma President W. Roger Webb has been invited to testify at a U.S. Senate hearing titled, "Security on America's College Campuses" before the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs on Monday, April 23. "As a result of the tragic event at Virginia Tech on Monday, senior-level administrators on college campuses throughout the nation are scurrying to assess campus security," Webb said. "As a university president, I am one of several people asked to testify to help answer some of the questions that college students, their parents and the community have about the security preparations ...
