Henderson State University issued the following news release:
Henderson State University congratulates Murphy Oil Corp. for its El Dorado Promise scholarship program. In support of the company's bold pledge of private money invested to give all El Dorado students the opportunity to pursue a higher education, the university will provide matching funds for any Promise Scholarship student who enrolls at Henderson.
Henderson will match the Promise Scholarships dollar for dollar, up to the cost of on-campus living expenses. For example, if an El Dorado senior receives a full Promise Scholarship and chooses to enroll at Henderson for 15 hours, the Promise Scholarship would provide approximately ...
