Webwatchers in search of a few minutes of daily peace and meditation are able to download it from a New Orleans-based Web site. The New Orleans Zen Temple, the only Zen temple in the South, offers a brief introduction to its practices at its year-old site, http:/A.www.gnofn.org/-aza/.
"We get lots of inquiries," says Zen Master Robert Livingston, who founded the New Orleans Zen Temple in 1983. The temple now attracts people from all over the world who want to study or meditate there. Zen practice is described on the Web site as "to become intimate with your true self . . . to return to a more natural and complete way of being."
