Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. introduced Roy L. Hendricks as the new Warden of the Essex County Correctional Facility in Newark. Hendricks has 32 years of experience in the operation and administration of correctional facilities at the State and County levels.
"The opening of our new, state-of-the-art Correctional Facility three years ago, and the experienced leadership that my administration hired to manage the facility, started a new era of professionalism in our Department of Corrections," DiVincenzo said.
