The U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration issued the following press release:

* On April 20, the Department of Commerce announced its affirmative preliminary determinations in the antidumping duty investigations of lemon juice from Argentina and Mexico. Dumping is when a foreign company sells a product in the United States at less than fair market value.

* Commerce determined that Argentine producers/exporters have sold lemon juice in the United States at 85.64 to 128.50 percent less than fair value, and Mexican producers/exporters have sold lemon juice in the United States at 146.10 to 205.37 percent less than fair value.
