The City of Los Angeles issued the following news release:

Marking the 100th Day since he unveiled his new anti-gang plan for the City of Los Angeles, and in his continuing efforts to fight both gang violence and animal cruelty in our City, City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo today announced his office is exploring the feasibility of amending gang injunctions and crafting a new Citywide ordinance that would allow law enforcement officials to seize dogs from the gang members found to be misusing or abusing them.
