Article: California Inventors Develop Service Provider Virtual Capacity Providing Apparatus

ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 9 -- Chris A. Wolfe of Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., and Michael L. Segal of Carlsbad, Calif., have developed a method and an apparatus for providing virtual capacity to a service provider.

According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A service provider contacts a third party service provider when the service provider can not perform services for a customer. A solicitation is sent by the service provider and accepted by the third party service provider.
