ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- Brian N. Poindexter of Gardner, Kan., Scott J. Brunk of Overland Park, Kan., and Seth A. Forshee of Olathe, Kan., have developed a portable navigational device with a remote control, an internal memory, and an internal heating element.
According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A navigation system comprising a portable navigational device and a remote control for remotely controlling the navigational device is provided in a first preferred embodiment. The navigational device is sized and configured to mount on a dashboard or in an overhead console of a vehicle."
