The city of Jersey City issued the following press release:
Mayor Jerramiah T. Healy and the Jersey City Office of Emergency Management (OEM), in conjunction with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), announced today that the FEMA disaster recovery center originally located in Secaucus has moved to Jersey City in order to provide assistance to residents who have filed claims for flooding and water damage from the April nor'easter that brought over eleven inches of rain fall.
The new Hudson County location will be at the Mary McLeod Bethune Life Center located at 132-150 Martin Luther King Drive in Jersey City. The office will open tomorrow, May 10,th and the hours of operation are ...
