Alabama Department of Environmental Management issued the following public notice:
PROPOSED ORDER

Pursuant to the provisions of the Alabama Environmental Management Act, the Alabama Department of Environmental Management is proposing to issue an Order to the City of Reform [1] which operates a wastewater treatment facility located at Third Avenue SE, in Reform, Pickens County, Alabama.
The Order addresses NPDES permit violations for exceeding the discharge limits established in the Permit.
The Department is proposing a civil penalty in the amount of $6,100 and stipulated penalties for any future violations incurred during the compliance period. The order, if ...
