WYOMING 130 NOW OPEN OVER SNOWY RANGE

The Wyoming Department of Transportation issued the following news release:

WYO 130 over the Snowy Range in southeastern Wyoming opens today for the summer and early fall seasons.

Travelers are advised, however, that conditions currently are wet with icy spots and snowfall. Be prepared for possible short-term closures due to winter- like weather.

WYDOT crews will now focus on reopening WYO 70 over the Sierra Madre between Baggs and Encampment. That opening is projected for Memorial Day Weekend.

US 14A west of Burgess Junction was opened on May 17.
