Article: STATE NUTRIENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM WINS PUBLIC SERVICE AWARD

The Maryland Department of Agriculture issued the following news release:

The Maryland Department of Agriculture's (MDA) Nutrient Management Program has been awarded a 2007 State Agency Award for Innovation in Public Service by the Maryland Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration. The award was presented to MDA's Nutrient Management Program for its innovative approach to implementing the requirements of the Water Quality Improvement Act of 1998.
