The Appropriations Subcommittee on Interior, Environment and Related Agencies in the House of Representatives learned about critical El Paso water and quality of life projects today.
Congressman Silvestre Reyes, D-El Paso, testified about the importance of federal funding for the water reclamation, wastewater and historic preservation needs in El Paso.
Reyes testified before the Interior Appropriations subcommittee regarding the following El Paso projects:
