WASHINGTON, May 28 -- Del. Donna M. Christensen, D-Virgin Islands, has introduced a bill (H.R. 2107) to "create the Office of Chief Financial Officer of the Government of the Virgin Islands."
The bill, introduced on May 2, was referred to the House Natural Resources Committee.
