WASHINGTON, May 28 -- Rep. Bill Pascrell Jr., D-New Jersey, has introduced the Strengthen Earned Income Tax Credit Act of 2007 (H.R. 2222), legislation that would "amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to strengthen the earned income tax credit."
The bill, introduced on May 8, was referred to the House Ways and Means Committee.
