WASHINGTON, May 30 -- Sen. Russ Feingold, D-Wisconsin, has introduced the Servicemembers' Cellular Phone Contract Fairness Act of 2007 (S. 1313), legislation that would "amend the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act to provide relief for servicemembers with respect to contracts for cellular phone service."
The bill, introduced on May 7, was referred to the Senate Veterans' Affairs Committee.
