Article: WINEFEST CELEBRATES KENTUCKY'S GROWING WINE INDUSTRY

The Kentucky Department of Agriculture issued the following news release:

A Kentucky city with a rich history in the bourbon industry will raise a glass to great wine when Bardstown hosts the Kentucky WineFest May 31-June 2.

WineFest events will give festival-goers a chance to sample domestic wines from Kentucky and elsewhere in the United States and even some international wines. The festival is an expanded version of a one-day wine and cheese event that the local Rotary Club hosted for 31 years.

The WineFest schedule includes:
