Rep. Lucille Roybal-Allard (CA-34) applauded today's (April 19) passage of a historic $20 million authorization for restoration and revitalization projects along the Los Angeles River. This authorization, included in the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA), passed the U.S. House of Representatives by a vote of 394 to 25.
