Texas A&M University, a component of the public university system in Texas, issued the following news from its agriculture program:
"The Changing Dynamics of the Texas Beef Industry" is the theme for this year's Texas A&M Beef Cattle Short Course. The short course will be Aug. 6-8 at Texas A&M University in College Station.
The U.S. beef industry has experienced many changes in the past few years.
