E&MJ RESTRUCTURES FOR THE FUTURE
For 136 years, Engineering & Mining Journal (E&MJ) has provided engineers and managers involved in mineral mining and processing valuable editorial information about their industries. The magazine also serves as a niche businessto-business forum where vendors have a direct link to mining and metallurgical professionals who buy or specify equipment. Advertising revenue offsets the magazine's production costs (e.g., paper, printing, payroll, etc.). This arrangement has worked for many years and allows E&MJ to deliver its message each month to more than 22,000 readers. The message and the way we deliver it are about to change.
