Article: Japanese Inventors Develop Ink Cartridge Holder

ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 11 -- Takeo Seino and Satoshi Fujioka, both of Nagano-ken, Japan, have developed an ink cartridge and an ink cartridge holder.

According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, the invention relates to an "ink cartridge and an ink cartridge holder for maintaining the relative position between the information reading section of the ink cartridge holder and the information storing unit of the ink cartridge, which should be aligned accurately, even if the ink cartridge has instability to the ink cartridge holder due to the variation in each products."
