Gov. Sarah Palin, R-Alaska, has issued the following proclamation:

The most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge, Free and Accepted Masons of the Alaska Jurisdiction has been in existence since September 1969.

The members of the Prince Hall Grand Lodge, F. & A.M. and the Prince Hall Grand Chapter Order of Eastern Stars have rendered valuable service in all levels of government and in their communities. The Prince Hall Masonic Family has become a valuable resource in our State of Alaska, through its civic contributions.
