Article: FISH, WILDLIFE & PARKS PROVIDES YOUTH FISHING RODS FOR SHORT-TERM CHECK OUT

The Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks issued the following news release:

Young anglers who don't have their own rod can still go fishing if they visit one of several fishing-tackle check-out sites located along the Hi-Line.

The fishing-tackle check-out program is administered by Fish, Wildlife and Parks and works just like checking a book out from the library. Youngsters get to pick out the pre-rigged rod they want to use, sign it out, and then bring it back within a reasonable amount of time in good working order.
