Assemblymember Jonathan L. Bing (D-Manhattan) announced that a bill he authored to protect tenants in Mitchell-Lama buildings from skyrocketing rents, A.352, has passed the Assembly. This represents the third significant housing bill that Bing authored and has passed the Assembly this session. As Chair of the Mitchell-Lama Subcommittee, Bing is committed to maintaining affordable housing throughout New York State.
