Article: WEST VIRGINIA'S SCHOOL CLOTHING VOUCHERS TO BE RELEASED

Gov. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., issued the following press release:

Gov. Joe Manchin today announced that the Department of Health and Human Resources( DHHR), Division of Family Assistance, will begin accepting applications for school clothing vouchers for eligible children enrolled in West Virginia schools. Each eligible child will receive a $200 voucher that may be used toward the purchase of appropriate school clothing or piece goods for those families that sew clothing for their children. Vouchers can be used at participating stores through Oct. 31.
