ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 14 -- Victor Kouznetsov of Aloha, Ore., and Andrei Ushakov of Hillsboro, Ore., have developed a system and a method for distributing portable computer virus definition records with binary file conversion.
According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "One or more virus definition records are stored into a structured virus database.
