Rep. Thomas M. Reynolds (R-Clarence) announced today a deal has been reached between Genesee County and the Monroe County Water Authority (MCWA) that will save Genesee County taxpayers more than $177,000 per year, bringing to a close a nearly two-year effort to reduce the financial burden on taxpayers resulting from a countywide water project. The deal, which for 22 months Reynolds along with State Sen.
