WESTBY, Wis. Brenda Jensen didn't think she'd be making cheese when she `and her husband, Dean, moved to a farm outside of Westby four years ago.
"If you asked me what my plan was in' five years," Jensen said, "it was climbing the corporate ladder:"
At the time, she was working as the manufacturing manager at Milprint, a packaging company in Lancaster, Wis.
But she also was working on her master's degree in business, which she finished a year ago, and had moved with her husband, a mental health therapist, from a hobby farm in Richland Center, Wis., to start a sheep-milking operation.
