Gov. John E. Baldacci and New Brunswick Premier Shawn Graham released a report on electricity cooperation at the 31st Conference of the New England Governors and Eastern Canadian Premiers being held in Prince Edward Island. The report contains the findings of Phase I of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Province of New Brunswick and the State of Maine to Enhance the Mutual Benefits of the Maine/New Brunswick Electrical Interconnections (MOU).
