Podcasts provide a powerful way to add emotion to employee communication

In a recent Melcrum survey on social media, 55 percent of respondents said they are using or plan to use podcasts in their organization in the next year. The benefits are easy to see: done well, podcasts can be more engaging and direct than the written word.
