Rhode Island State Police issued the following news release:
On July 7, 2007 at 10:00 PM, Troopers arrested Stephanie Zoglio, age 28, of 17 Chariho Drive, Richmond for 1.) Possession of Marijuana 2.) Possession with Intent to Deliver.
