ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- Emmanuelle Bougelot of Montgeron, France, Dominique Dupuis of Crepy-en-Valois, France, Gilles Robert of Irigny, France, and Joe Varlet of Dardilly, France, have developed mineral compounds, a method for preparing same and use thereof in thermoplastics materials.
