Congressman John Kline (R-MN) delivered a speech today on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives honoring the 2,600 men and women of the Minnesota National Guard who are returning home from their 16-month deployment to Iraq. Last Friday, Congressman Kline and Congressman Tim Walz (D-MN) visited Volk Field near Fort McCoy in Wisconsin and welcomed home soldiers from the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry Division - the famed "Red Bulls."
