AFTER A DEVASTATING TORNADO TOOK THE LIVES OF TWO ENTERPRISE HS CHEERLEADERS, THE TEAM FOCUSES ON REBUILDING AND REMEMBERING.
The end of February marked the beginning of a new cheerleading season for Enterprise HS in Enterprise, AL. Anew coaching team chose 26 students at tryouts for the upcoming year, and the squad was focused on starting out strong and working its way back to competition.
But this beginning brought the tragic end to the lives of two young teammates. A.J. Jackson, 16, and Ryan Mohler, 17, were among the eight students killed on March 1 when a tornado tore through their school, leaving the building in shambles and the community shattered.
