Indiana State Sen. Vic Heinold, R-5th District, issued the following news release:

Senate President Pro Tempore David Long (R-Fort Wayne) today appointed Sen. Ed Charbonneau (R-Valparaiso) to serve on the Corn Marketing Council, Indiana Commission on Autism, the Joint Study Committee on Mass Transit and Transportation Alternatives, Northwest Indiana Transportation Study Commission and Shoreline Development Commission.

"Sen. Charbonneau will bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to these important commissions and committees," said Long.
