Article: COAST GUARD AUXILIARY TO DEDICATE LIFE JACKET BOXES

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Coast Guard, 17th District, issued the following press release:

The Juneau Flotilla Coast Guard Auxiliary, Coast Guard Recreational Boating Safety Office, Princess Cruise Lines, State of Alaska Office of Boating Safety, and State of Alaska Department of Health and Social Services will be dedicating the first of six new life jacket boxes in support of the "Kids Don't Float " program tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. at Harris Harbor in Downtown Juneau.

During a ceremony tomorrow the first of the aluminum boxes filled with all sizes of life jackets provided by the State of Alaska will be dedicated.
