The South Carolina Budget and Control Board Energy issued the following news release:
Seventeen entities in the Carolinas including Duke Energy, the South Carolina Energy Office, Progress Energy, South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, and SCANA are sponsoring the South Carolina Summit on Energy Efficiency on April 30th. The key objectives of the conference include:
* Using the National Action Plan for Energy Efficiency as a springboard for discussion and action in South Carolina;
* Discussing the benefits of energy efficiency in South Carolina, including benefits to utilities, consumers (residential, commercial, and ...
