Article: New York Passes Congestion Pricing Bill

The New York state legislature passed a congestion pricing bill on July 26, shortly before TRANSPORT TOPICS went to press.

The bill authorizes the state to create a commission to study ways to alleviate congestion in and around New York City, including Mayor Michael Bloomberg's congestion pricing plan.
