Sara Lee revises bylaws

Downers Grove, Ill.-based Sara Lee Corp.'s board of directors amended the company's bylaws to include majority voting for the election of directors in uncontested elections. In a contested election, where the number of nominees exceeds the number of directors to be elected, directors will be elected by a plurality of the votes cast.
