ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 31 -- Vijay Gangadhar Phadke of Pasig, Philippines, Arlaindo Vitug Asuncion of Paranaque, Philippines, and Richard Daniel Cabbab Caubang of Quezon, Philippines, have developed a synchronous rectifier operation controlling circuit.
According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A circuit for controlling the operation of synchronous rectifiers. The circuit delays the turn-off of the synchronous rectifiers in accordance with the load current. The magnitude of the load current is examined to determine which of a plurality of delay elements is selected to delay turn-off of the synchronous rectifiers.
