The South Carolina Department of Commerce issued the following press release:

The South Carolina Department of Commerce today announced plans to open a Canadian office in Toronto, Ontario. Gov. Mark Sanford made the announcement today at the 46th annual Canadian-American Days in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The office is scheduled to open later this year.
