Central Washington University issued the following news release:

Central Washington University is proud to participate in National College Colors Day 2007, to be held Aug. 31. Washington Governor Chris Gregoire recently proclaimed Aug. 31 as College Colors Day in the State of Washington.

This event will commence Wildcat Crimson & Black Fridays, supported through CWU Alumni Relations, and Student Affairs and Enrollment Management. CWU students, staff and alumni will be encouraged to wear clothing with the school colors each Friday.
