Article: Italian Inventor Develops Glass Sheet Corners Radiusing Machine

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 1 -- Vittorio Bovone of Silvano d'Orba, Italy, has developed glass sheet corners radiusing machine.

According to the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A machine for radiusing the corners of glass sheets by tools operated by an electric motor in which the electric motor is supported vertically movable by a first support structure, which is supported rotatable about vertical axis by a second support structure moveable horizontally in two mutually perpendicular directions."

The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 6,887,140 on May 3, 2005.

The patent has been assigned to Elettromeccanica Bovone Srl, Ovada, Italy.
