ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 2 -- Kiyoshi Nakagawa of Yokohama, Japan, Toshihiro Yanagi of Nara, Japan, and Taketoshi Nakano of Kawasaki, Japan, have developed a display apparatus.
