CHEAP, FATAL HEROIN MIX ATTRACTS TEXAS MINORS

The Dallas Police Department has warned federal authorities about a new cheap form of narcotics crossing the border from Mexico that is believed to have contributed to overdose deaths of more than 20 youths since 2006.

Officers in the department's Narcotics Division said the drug known as "cheese" now represents about 37 percent of total drug usage by students in Dallas.
