Mohave County issued the following meeting news release:
Mohave County residents will be able to apply to get on the rental assistance waiting list beginning October 1.
"We are going to open our Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List for applications," Dave Wolf, community services division manager with the Mohave County Community and Economic Development Department, said. "This is a fairly big event, in my opinion. We haven't had it open in about 18 months. The last time we took applications was in March and April of 2006."
