Gov. Charlie Crist, R-Fla., has issued the following executive order:
WHEREAS, the Honorable KATHERINE FERNANDEZ RUNDLE, State Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, has advised Governor CHARLIE CRIST that Matilde Sanabria, a former employee of the state attorney's office, filed false claims for administrative leave and received reimbursement under those claims and is requesting an investigation to determine if this conduct resulted in criminal wrongdoing; and
WHEREAS, the Honorable KATHERINE FERNANDEZ RUNDLE has also advised the Governor that Matilde Sanabria was an employee of the state attorney's office at the time of the offense; and
