Gov. Charlie Crist, R-Fla., has issued the following executive order:
EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 07-154
WHEREAS, the Honorable KATHERINE FERNANDEZ RUNDLE, State Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, has advised Governor CHARLIE CRIST that Louis Lacroix has been charged with possession of marijuana, a violation of the criminal laws of the State of Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Honorable KATHERINE FERNANDEZ RUNDLE has also advised the Governor that Louis Lacroix is related to an employee in the state attorney's office; and
WHEREAS, the Honorable KATHERINE FERNANDEZ RUNDLE, to avoid any appearance of conflict of interest or impropriety, has voluntarily disqualified herself and has ...
