Article: EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 07-125: GOV. CRIST ISSUES EXECUTIVE ORDER THAT REVOKES EXECUTIVE ORDERS 04-212, 05-46, SUSPENSION OF STATE ATTORNEY TEELE

Gov. Charlie Crist, R-Fla., has issued the following executive order:

EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 07-125

(Executive Order of Revoking Suspension)

WHEREAS, on September 14, 2004, the State Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit filed an Information charging Arthur Earle Teele, Jr. with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and threatening a public servant; and

WHEREAS, on September 22, 2004, Executive Order 04-212 suspended Mr. Teele from his position as City Commissioner for the City of Miami, Florida; and

WHEREAS, on January 4, 2005, the State Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit filed an Amended Information, charging Mr. Teele with an additional ten counts of Compensation/Reward ...
